In 2013, I founded Narrow Land, an independent design studio on Cape Cod, to meet the needs of a growing roster of clients seeking innovative, data-driven design solutions. Over the past decade, I've led design and project management for diverse projects, consistently delivering impactful results for clients with specialized requirements. My goal is to continue offering strategic design and consulting services that empower forward-thinking companies to grow and innovate.
Launched and lead a creative studio delivering data-driven web and app design solutions, responding to high-demand, high-impact client projects. Oversee full-service project management from initial concept to final product, including web/app design, development, and usability enhancements. Expanded offerings to encompass UX research, editorial design, branding, videography, content creation, and consulting.
Led the successful production of TEDxProvincetown: HyperLocal, managing speaker selection, venue planning, and day-of-event logistics. Directed a cross-functional team of staff and volunteers in roles covering content creation, stage management, and technology integration, delivering a high-quality and engaging community event.
Directed the design, development, and launch of 200+ websites across platforms like WordPress and Webflow, ensuring UX-driven project success. Built and managed teams of 4–10 specialists across continents to tackle diverse client needs. Introduced UX audits to refine design strategies, improving functionality and user satisfaction. In 2020, acquired the company and merged it with Narrow Land, expanding both client base and service capabilities.
Spearheaded library operations that earned the institution the Library Journal’s #1 ranking nationwide (under $1M expenditure category) for two years in a row. Oversaw $325,000 annual budget, managed a team of 20, and curated innovative programming and events to enhance community engagement and accessibility.
